Today I completed week five, day four, task one for the summer learning journey. This was a whanau task.
First, I went onto the summer learning journey blog to see what I have to do. I also needed to watch at least three videos.
Next, I went onto a website called Song Maker.
Lastly, I made a beat and then copied the link so I can share it.
This task was hard because I needed to do this by myself. Here is the link.
Tēnā koe Te Raumati, this is Elle from the Summer Learning Journey.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your awesome summer song! You are quite the musician; the melody was very catchy and I really like that it made a diamond pattern. You have a steady beat to follow along with too - ka pai!
What was your favourite part about making your song? I actually had a go at this activity myself, and I really enjoyed getting to write my own funky tune.
Because you have done so well at the kick-start part of the activity, it would be awesome to see you step it up as well and share it to your blog! If you go into the settings bar, you can give your song more octaves, which means the same note, but higher. You can change the key too, for example if you wanted to change the sound to a A major scale or something similar to see how it sounds. I used an F major scale for my songs; you’ll be surprised how much you can do!
Keep up the fantastic work Te Raumati - I thoroughly enjoyed grooving along to your song!
Ngā mihi nui,
Elle (SLJ)
Good afternoon Te Raumati
ReplyDeleteWhat a fabulous song. A very catchy and bouncy number. You are quite the composer.
This is the second blog that I have commented on the use of this music programme. I had not heard of it before. What a great fun learning activity.
You are making great stride on the SLJ. I hope that you are finding it fun journey.
