First, we put aprons on and then washed our hands before we got our utensils. Next, we got into a group of three or four, then decided which job each person is going to do. After that, we grabbed our ingredients to make a smoothie and a fruit salad. The ingredients we used was watermelon, kiwi fruit, mandarins, apples, blue berries, banana, two cups of milk, and one cup of yoguart. Then, we started making our fruit salad, once we finished we started making our smoothie. Lastly, we cleaned up the kitchen by washing the dishes and wipping down the benches, when we finished we went to the next room to try our salad and smoothie.

I enjoyed my first session of tech because I got the chance to learn how to learn about food technology.
