Summer Learning Journey | Nanogirl Challenge 4

Today I have completed week 4, task 27 for the Summer Learning Journey. I needed to learn to make a optical illusion.

Before I started, I watched a video explaining the task so I know what I'm doing.

Next, I started drawing a optical illusion.

Lastly, I took a photo of my optical illusion.

I really enjoyed doing this task because it gave me the opportunity to learn different types of optical illusions.

  1. Kia Ora Te Raumati,

My name is Zana and I am a blog commenter from the summer learning journey.

I really enjoy these optical illusion activities as they are so fun to make and to look at.

The illusion you have made is very similar to ones I have seen online, were you inspired by any particular image. What did you use to create this image?

Keep up the good work and I hope to see more of your posts during the Summer Learning Journey!!

    Ngā mihi nui,

    1. Greetings Zana,

Thank you for doing a postive comment! I'm usally inspired by optical illustion gifs. I used the curve line tool to help me draw my optical illusion. Would you draw your own optical illustion and why?

Thank you again for commenting! :)

Chris here again from the Summer Learning Journey!

Tēnā koe for completing the Nanogirl Illusion task! How did you draw this? That is quite impressive. Are you able to explain how the illusion works? Glad you enjoyed it, illusions are a really interesting idea!

Looking forward to seeing what else you post!

    1. Kia Ora Chris,

Thank you for commenting on my blog! I looked at some other optical illustions for insparation. Then I used the curved line tool to help me draw the illusion. Would you attempt this activity and why?

Thank you again for commenting! :)

  4. Kia Ora Te Raumati,
I love your optical illusion. When I looked at it, I thought it was two faces looking at each other, but then when I looked again it was a vase! I love how you tricked my brain with your image.
